Comment Codes allow you to link comments to activities, facilities, pass types, rental items, leagues, etc.... Depending on the Type, comments will print on receipts, reports, brochures, etc.... and provide valuable information to both patrons and co-workers.
For Example: A Court Reservation Receipt Comment might read, "All players on squash courts must wear eye and mouth protection, and white-soled shoes. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of court time" and an Activity Brochure Comment Code might read, "This program is suited for beginner and intermediate skill level participants."
RecTrac provides over 30 different types of comments. Generally speaking, Comment Code fields appear on the Comments tab in all RecTrac File Maintenance programs.
