Welcome to the 3.1 How to run a report video. In this video, we review how to access and run reports and 3.1. In 10.3, every version of a report had its own report Screen and filters. And often the filters between those reports screens were inconsistent, which often lead to getting different results on different reports, and 3.1. We've consolidated report screens. What does this mean? It means you can pull multiple versions of reports from the same Screen using the same filters, which translates into more consistent results. So let's take a look at how you can access reports. On my Screen, I pop out the menu by clicking on the dots in the top left. There's really two ways I can access reports. directly from the menu, I can Type in the report Screen I'm looking for. So if I was looking for a reservation report, by default that is in the menu. After migration, if I was looking for an enrollment report for a roster, I could Type in an enrollment and I'd see that report. But this is only going to show you report screens not individual outputs. So an example of that would be if I was looking for a cash journal, I Type in cash you'll notice a cached journal is not its own individual report Screen, it's actually output underneath the GL distribution report Screen. So it can get a little bit confusing to start. So we'll be taking a look at another way to access reports, which is using report output listing. And we'll dive deeper into that in the next video.
