Welcome to teamwork that your implementation has been scheduled and you've been assigned a consultant, we can start to use teamwork. By now, you should have received an invite via email to join your team or project. If not, make sure to check your spam folder. Using this invite, you'll be brought to a login page for your team or project. Let's get logged in and see what teamwork has to offer and how you will use it throughout your implementation. Once logged in, you'll be brought to a dashboard, where you can see a variety of metrics. From here, you can navigate to your project in a variety of ways. When you select your project, you'll see an overview which includes tasks, milestones, and much more. Milestones are the big picture items and will give you an idea of when these milestones should be completed. Your consultant will use these to keep you and your project on schedule. Tasks are the specific things you and your team need to complete. These include everything from preparation, practice, and play. When you complete tasks, you can simply check them off. You can also add comments and get more details. You can also assign tasks to your co workers. You can use the messages tab and the Files tab to communicate and upload files with your consultant. This helps keep communication in one place and cuts down on emails. Be on the lookout for further communication from your consultant. They'll provide more details about your team work project, help you add team members and answer any questions you might have. Our team at Vermont systems looks forward to working with you
