Logging into the Vermont System Support Portal is going to give you access to a number of great resources, you can log in using your existing account info. Or if you're not sure of your account info, you can try to recover it through the Forgotten Password link. And if you need an account setup, just reach out. And we can help you with that. Once you log in to the support portal, you'll be brought right to the Customer Self Service lookup Screen where you can Type in any keyword for any issue or error that you might be running into. And you might be able to get the help that you need on your own. Should you need help from our support representatives, you can access them through the live chat feature in the bottom right. And this is a great option for any simple straightforward issue or question that you're running into, that can be answered through a chat. For any more in depth issue, you can go to the support menu option at the top and go to case management. And from here, you can check the status of an existing case, or you can open a new case. And you can put in the title, set the priority and add the case details as needed.,We recommend getting as detailed and specific as you can is that really helps our support representatives address the issue. In addition, you also have access to our RecChat archive. So if you choose RecChat from the menu, you'll have the ability to register for the next round of RecChats. So these are topical discussions that talk about new features or coming changes those types of things every other week. So you can register for the next round. But you also have access to all the past RecChat editions. So again, there might find a lot of resources that you might find helpful or interesting in expanding your knowledge of what we offer. Above and beyond that, you can adjust your Profile settings by clicking on your name at the top and going to Profile. And you have two different options. On the left hand side, you have your VSI Connect subscriptions. So we'd recommend turning on all of the ones that apply especially the new release options and any critical alerts. So if you're not already subscribed, we would recommend that you do that. And in addition, you have options for email subscriptions. So these will give you different details for different things that you might be interested in. So hopefully this gives you a walkthrough of our support portal and how you might find it helpful.
