Filling out your Username sheet is an easy process. There's only a few required fields user ID, name, user group, email address and password. These fields are required to build any new user record in RecTrac. User ID can be what you use in your current system. If you want to continue to keep the current scheme, if everyone's used to that it can be your Windows credentials. Or it can be something else for whatever your preference is for usernames. If I pull a RecTrac database, I'm in user management, and just have a list of different users in my database. And you'll see that I'm inputting the Username, the name of the user, and I have the password and the email address, and you enter in those different fields. And you're able to create and save a user record in RecTrac
