Receipt Not Printing - Offload Receipt Creation

Problem
The receipt does not print under Purchase History through Global Sales, using the Print Last or First Receipt Reprint button.
Error Message
Receipt will not print or cannot be found.
Solution
Go to Scheduled Event Management. Under the Offload Receipt Creation event, check to see if the status is queued. If so, change and save this event to enable successful receipt reprinting.
Steps For Solution
Situation: Within Global Sales, under Purchase History, the receipt will not print.
- Check your emails for the last time sent using DB Inquiry and table SAEmailQ.
- Use DateSent = xx/xx/xxxx.
- The emails should have RecordStatus of "Sent." If not:
- From the RecTrac main menu, navigate to Scheduled Event Management.
- Locate Offload Receipt Creation and check the event status.
- If the event status is "Queued," click Change Event at the bottom of screen.
- Click Save in the event without making any further changes. Changing and saving the event will trigger the event to run, thereby launching the sending of email receipts not sent previously.
- Go back to SAEmailQ and look at DateSent for today's date. Here you can locate the receipt for which you were searching. This email receipt was sent today, not at its time of creation.
