Problem
We wanted to have our newly onboarded staff members use The RecTrac Lab for training, however, when I click on it I get an error message.
Error Message
We apologize, No matching Absorb user was found
Solution
Need to toggle off RecTrac Lab Premium User? on the user.
Steps For Solution
- In RecTrac, go to User management
- Highlight the user experiencing the issue from the DataGrid
- Click Change
- Expand the Miscellaneous Settings group
- Make sure "RecTrac Lab Premium User?" field is not toggled on
- Click Save
Have your staff member log back into RecTrac and attempt to access The RecTrac Lab again. They should now be able to view the catalog without encountering that error message.
