The Court Detail Inquiry screen displays a listing of the selected household's usage of your Court facilities through the RecTrac Court Reservations Module.
The Court Detail Inquiry only shows rentals of Facilities that are configured as Courts. See the Court Facility field on the Facility Update screen.
Courts cannot be reserved using Facility Reservations but rather are reserved through the Super Grid.

The DataGrid lists the individual courts that the household has rented.
DataGrid column sort options allow you to customize the view as desired. Click here for a full description of RecTrac DataGrids.
For additional information about a record highlight it within the DataGrid and then click the additional buttons available on the bottom of the screen.

Click Fee and GL to proceed to the SAFee/GL Distribution screen where you can view additional information about the fees and general ledger information associated with the record selected.
Click Questions/Answers to proceed to the Preview Questions screen where you can view any questions/answers associated with the record selected. See Question Management for additional information about creating user defined questions.
Click Court Details to proceed to the Facility Update screen in read-only mode for additional information about the selected record.
Click Back to return to the Household Inquiry screen.
To exit this program click 'X' on the title bar. You will be returned to the Main Menu or the previous program.
