The Transaction History DataGrid lists all of the transactions for the household you selected on the previous screen. By default, the Transaction History DataGrid lists the transactions in ascending order from oldest transaction to most recent. You can change the display order easily by manipulating the DataGrid. The fields listed may not be edited.
From the bottom of the screen….
Click Back to return to the previous screen.
Highlight/select a Receipt and click Reprint Receipt to have it reprinted if needed.
Note: Receipts will reprint based on your default receipt print settings as identified on your Daily Processing profile … Global Sales Default Print Options group.
Optionally, you can expand the Receipt Reprint Options group to make additional reprint selections, if needed. Selections in this group are NOT memorized; they need to be selected each time you expand this group.
Note: The Transaction History Inquiry DataGrid does not provide a Transaction History Print button. To print the VSI default Transaction History Report for a household, go to Reporting Ribbon • Report Listing • Household Reports. Expand the Output Template field and select VSI - HH Transaction History Report .
Highlight/select a transaction and click Fee Detail to open the Household Fee Details screen with additional information.

Transaction History (SAHouseholdTransactionInquiry_DataGrid)

Display Household Credit Payments (SAHouseholdTransactionInquiry_IncludeCreditPayments)
Select this option to have credit payments included in the DataGrid. Credit Payments are those instances where the customer paid more than was due and had the balance left on the household as a credit. Change Back situations are NOT considered Credit Payments."
DeleteInclude In-Cart Status (SAHouseholdTransactionInquiry_IncludeInCartStatus)
Select to view transactions that are in-process within the Cart. The DataGrid's Status column displays InCart for applicable transactions. The adjacent Transaction column displays additional information. For Example: The Transaction column might indicate Changed from Cart. Meaning that the amount, discount, or quanitity is modified.
DeletePreview Receipt (SAHouseholdTransactionInquiry_PreviewReceipt)
Select this option to have the receipt open in Preview Mode upon completion. From the preview, you can print or save the receipt as needed.
DeletePrint Receipt (SAHouseholdTransactionInquiry_PrintReceipt)
Select this option to queue the receipt to a printer and have a hard copy created.
THEN
Accept the default printer or expand the Drop-down list to select another printer as needed. The printers listed will be those that have been added to your workstation in Windows.
Note: To print a receipt from RecTrac VIC must be installed and running on the workstation.

Printer (SAHouseholdTransactionInquiry_Printer)
Select this option to queue the receipt to a printer and have a hard copy created.
THEN

Select this option to email the receipt upon completion.

Click the Combo Box icon to select the email address(es) you want to use. The receipt will be sent to the address(es) listed in the Email Address field. The address(es) listed are those entered in the various Email fields for this household in Household Update.
OR
Select Enter a Free Form Email Address" and enter the alternate address in the Freeform Email Address field that appears.
Email Address (SAHouseholdTransactionInquiry_EmailAddress)
Select this option to email the receipt upon completion.

Enter the alternate email address in this field. The receipt will be emailed to the address you enter.
