The Ticket File Maintenance Clone function allows you to clone an existing Ticket that may have similar features to a new Ticket you would like to create. This process can save a tremendous amount of time, especially when building a new database.
By default the Ticket File Maintenance Clone program will create exact copies of the selected record. Additional Options allow you to specify how much information from the Ticket are copied to the new Tickets in the event you do not want an exact copy. You can also determine how much Ticket Block information is cloned.
