The Gift Certificate Details Management screen lists all the Gift Certificates/Cards of the Service Item type you selected that have been sold in your system. Settings on the screen allow you to change select information for individual records, if needed.

Gift Certificates (SAGIFTCERTIFICATEDETAILMain_DataGrid)
By default, the Gift Certificate Details Management DataGrid displays the Amount, Amount Used, Cash Drawer (from which Certificate was sold), Daily Name (if any), Expiration Date, Fully Used flag, Fully Use Required flag, Service Item Code, Household Number (who purchased the GC), Issue Date, GC Number, PIN, Receipt List, Renewal Date, User Name (ID linked to the sale), and Voided flag. Scroll up/down to view all Gift Certificates or scroll left/right to view all details.

Buttons on the screen…
Highlight a record and click Change to continue to the Gift Certificate Detail Update screen where you can make changes to selected fields impacting the gift certificate if needed.
Highlight a record and click Delete to remove it from the DataGrid.
Note: History and Detail records must be purged prior to deleting a record from the DataGrid.
To exit this program click 'X' on the title bar. You will be returned to the Main Menu or the previous program.
Delete
