Use the Language Code Update screen to enter a Language Phrase ID.
- Click the Add button.

- The Phrase ID you enter here is the desired ID from your receipt. For the purposes of this example, the Rcpt-HeaderAR-002 field from the Activity Registration Receipt's title is used. Alternatively, specify the Language Phrase Code ID you choose.
- Expand the Pick list icon to select your new Language Code (from step #2 above).
- Click the Drop-down list and select Interface Type. By default, this is for All (meaning both RecTrac and WebTrac). If you would like this change to apply to only RecTrac then choose that here.
- In the Phrase field, enter the text you want to display. For the purpose of this example, enter: Your Receipt.
- Click the Savebutton to return to the main Language Management screen.
- If you have additional IDs to customize then repeat this section.
- Exit the Language Management screen.

Phrase ID (SALanguageCode_PhraseID)
Enter the desired Phrase ID for the phrase that you want to customize. For Example: Entering a Phrase ID of Rcpt-HeaderAR-002 would enable you to customize the header of the Activity Registration Receipts.
DeleteLanguage Code (SALanguageCode_LanguageCode)
Expand the Pick list icon to select the desired Language Code to use for this Phrase ID. You MUST have a custom System Code for Language created for this purpose.
DeleteInterface Type (SALanguageCode_InterfaceType)
Accept the default value (All) to have this customization apply to both RecTrac and WebTrac. Alternatively, click the Drop-down list and select the desired value (i.e., RecTrac or WebTrac).
DeletePhrase (SALanguageCode_Phrase)
Enter the custom phrase you want RecTrac/WebTrac to display whenever this Phrase ID appears. For Example: Enter custom phrase of Your Receipt to display in the place of the VSI Standard wording of ACTIVITY SALES RECEIPT".
Certain phrases like Web-Global-1 might include RecTrac Database fields enclosed within less than and greater than signs. You should use caution not to inadvertently delete part or all of that special encoding for database fields. For Example: The VSI Standard phrase for Web-Global-1 is: Welcome <HouseholdLastName> <HouseholdNumber> which displays the Welcome and the household's last name and household number.
DeleteVariable List (SALanguageCode_VariableList)
You will not visit this field.
Displays the names of any RecTrac database fields that display as part of the Phrase. For Example: Logging into WebTrac displays "Welcome" along with the patron's last name and household number (i.e. it might be: Welcome Smith #11235). The Variable List for that field shows: <HouseholdLastName> <HouseholdNumber>
