The Family Member Lookup screen provides a universal access point for family member selection in RecTrac. Depending on the program/button used to access the lookup screen, options on your screen upon selecting a family member will vary. Programs which use the Family Member Lookup screen are:
- League Team Update • Team Members
- Incident Processing • Participants

Member Listing (SAPersonLookup_DataGrid)
The Member Listing DataGrid lists all the Family Members currently established in your system you have Permissions to view. Scroll up/down to view the Family Members or scroll left/right to view additional details.
DataGrid column sort options allow you to customize the view as desired. Click here for a full description of RecTrac DataGrids.
Buttons on the screen….
Click Select to choose the family member you have highlighted/selected in the DataGrid. You will return to the previous program.
Click the applicable Add button to continue to the Family Member Update screen and create a new Family Member.
Note: Family Members added using this option WILL NOT be linked to a Household. Family Members added using this program can be linked to existing Households after the fact via Household Management.
Highlight/select an existing record and click Change to continue to the Family Member Update screen where you can make changes to the Family Member's file management record.
To exit this program click 'X' on the title bar. You will be returned to the Main Menu or the previous program.
