Windows Printer Path/Name (SAProfileDetails_WindowsPrinter)
If you are connecting to a network printer, enter the path to it. You can use UNC pathing. For example, \\my-network\My Printer.
If you are connecting to a local printer, enter its name. For example, My Printer.
Note: In order to print from RecTrac the printer must be added to your workstation in Windows and you must be able to print from the workstation without using RecTrac. In other words if you've added the printer in Windows but cannot print a test page then you won't be able to print from RecTrac.
Dupe Printer Code (SAProfileDetails_DupePrinterCode)
Select your Dupe Printer code, if needed. If no dupe printing is needed from this printer, then you can leave this field blank. Generally speaking, dupe printers are used in restaurant-type environments where orders are queued to the bar for drinks and the kitchen for food.
Dupe Printer codes are maintained in System Code Management. Type = Dupe Printer.
