The Template Maintenance screen allows you to manage Report Template records and apply report template settings to the report with which you are working. A Report Template includes saved settings and criteria for printing a given report.

Available Templates (SAReportTemplateMain_DataGrid)
The Available Templates DataGrid lists all the Report Templates for the report you are running that you have Permissions to view. Scroll up/down to view the Report Templates or scroll left/right to view additional details.
DataGrid column sort options allow you to customize the view as desired. Click here for a full description of RecTrac DataGrids.
Buttons on the screen…
Click Create New Template to continue to the Report Template Update screen where you can create a new Report Template.
Highlight/select an existing record and click Update Template Info to continue to the Report Template Update screen where you can update Template information.
Highlight/select an existing record and click Delete Template to remove it from the DataGrid.
Highlight/select an existing record and click Save Template Settings to save the settings on the report to the Template. This button is used to ensure your current report settings are saved to the Template.
Highlight/select an existing record and click Apply Template Settings to use this template when running the report. For best results click Default Settings on the report you're running then highlight/select the template you wish to use and click this button. The report parameters will be set automatically and this screen will close.
Click Close to exit from this screen.
To exit this program click 'X' on the title bar. You will be returned to the Main Menu or the previous program.
