10.3 and 3.1 Unable to Upload Photos using Mobile MainTrac
Problem
When we click the Photo button to access photos for a WO or Inspection, and then proceed to click Upload Photo,' the screen just flashes and displays 'Processing' for a second. Nothing actually happens. Is this a bug or are we doing something wrong?
Solution
You need to change the Binary Upload Max Size setting in your MainTrac Web Broker from 0 to 50,000,000.
1. Exit Mobile MainTrac.
2. Open your Progress Explorer Tools and browse to your WSMTLIVE Web Broker/
3. Go to Configuration Agent (tab).
4. Edit the Binary Upload Max Size field. Change the value from '0' to '50,000,000.'
5. Save your changes.
6. Stop and restart the WebSpeed broker.
7. Repeat these steps for the WSMTDEMO Web Broker, if needed.
7. Return to Mobile MainTrac and rerun the upload.
