Rental showing in Purchase History but not SuperGrid after Change

Problem
We have a customer who is currently using their Rental however, in the household's Purchase History the Rental just shows as a status of "Change" and the reservation doesn't show on the SuperGrid.
Solution
You can verify the Record Status of the Rental item from DB Inquiry. If it displays at “Change” then reach out to VS Support who can make a direct edit to fix this record.
Note:
If the current Rental Item is showing a Status of "Change", that means it didn't process correctly and would be why the reservation doesn't show in the SuperGrid. The previous reservation should show a status of "Change" since the original reservation no longer exists, but the current reservation should be showing "Pending", "InUse", or "Complete".
Steps For Solution
- From the RecTrac main menu, go to DB Inquiry.
- Set Select Table To View to SADetail.
- Using the Query field, enter CurrentReceipt="XXXXXX" (where XXXXXX equals the Receipt Number of the most recent receipt generated from this Rental Transaction.)
- Take a Screenshot of the Record Status of Change and submit it to Vermont Systems Support who will be able to help you to update the Record Status through a direct DB Edit.
Once the Record Status has been manually updated from "Change" to "InUse", the rental was showing in the SuperGrid again.
