The Bulk Credit Card Status Change program allows you to set the status for patrons credit cards to 'Inactive' if the expiration date on the card is on or before the year entered on the Drop-down list. Upon clicking Process, the program goes through the EPayInfo Table and checks the stored Expiration Date (MMYY) on all records.
- If the Expiration Date year is on or before the year entered, then the EPayInfo record is made inactive.
- If the Expiration Date year is after the year entered, then the EPayInfo record is skipped.
Note: If the Expiration Date is <blank> or less than four (4) digits, then the EPayInfo record is skipped.
EPayInfo records with a status of 'Inactive' are not visible by default on the EPay Info Management DataGrid (the screen where credit cards are stored in Household Update • Financial Info) or on Payment screens.
