Use the Global Sales Change screen to modify the record selected within the Global Sales DataGrid. The appearance and fields available on of this screen varies depending on which of the various tabs (i.e., Activity, Facility, Rental, etc…) you are currently on.

GlobalSalesChange_Tab1
Waitlist Option (GlobalSalesChange_WaitlistOption)
Expand the Drop-down list and select whether or not the permit is specific to this facility and location.
- (Default selection.) This Facility: This permit is for only the selected Facility and location (i.e, The Tom Fleming Pavilion at Roger's Park).
- A Facility of this Class: A request for any facility within the same Facility Class at any location (i.e., any Pavilion at any of your locations).
- A Facility at this Location: A request is specific to this location but can be for any facility there (i.e., any Facility at Roger's Park).
- A Facility of this Class at this Location: A request for any Facility that matches the same Facility Class and Location (i.e., any Pavilion at Roger's Park).

DeletePass (GlobalSalesChange_PMPassCode)
Accept the default entry or click the Picklist icon to select an alternate Pass Code, if desired.
DeleteFacility (GlobalSalesChange_FRComboKey)
Accept the default or click the Pick list icon to select an alternative Facility to use (i.e., the Leonard Nimoy Pavilion).
DeleteBegin Date (GlobalSalesChange_FRitemBeginDate)
Accept the default Begin Date or click on the Calendar Icon to select a new beginning date. This is the start date of the facility reservation (i.e., September 1st).
DeleteMember Begin Date (GlobalSalesChange_PMItemBeginDate)
Accept the default entry or click the Calendar icon to select an alternate Membership Date, if desired.
DeleteBegin Date (GlobalSalesChange_PTitemBeginDate)
Accept the default Begin Date or click on the Calendar Icon to select a new beginning date. This is the start date of the trainer reservation (i.e., September 1st).
DeleteExpiration Date (GlobalSalesChange_PMItemEndDate)
Accept the default entry or click the Calendar icon to select an alternate Expiration Date, if desired.
DeleteBegin Time (GlobalSalesChange_FRItemBeginTime)
Accept the default Begin Time or click on the Clock Icon to select a new beginning time. This is the start time for the facility reservation (i.e., noon).
DeleteBegin Time (GlobalSalesChange_PTItemBeginTime)
Accept the default Begin Time or click on the Clock Icon to select a new beginning time. This is the start time for the facility reservation (i.e., noon). Optionally, you can select one of the time block buttons at the top of the screen.
DeletePunch Visits Sold (GlobalSalesChange_PMPPunchVisits)
Accept the default entry or overwrite the existing Punch Visits Sold with a new one, if desired.
DeleteEnd Date (GlobalSalesChange_PTItemEndDate)
Accept the default End Date or click on the Calendar Icon to select a new ending date. This is the end date of the facility reservation (i.e., September 1st).
DeleteEnd Date (GlobalSalesChange_FRItemEndDate)
Accept the default End Date or click on the Calendar Icon to select a new ending date. This is the end date of the facility reservation (i.e., September 1st).
DeleteEnd Time (GlobalSalesChange_FRItemEndTime)
Accept the default End Time or click on the Clock Icon to select a new ending time. This is the end time of the facility reservation (i.e., 1:00 PM).
DeleteEnd Time (GlobalSalesChange_PTItemEndTime)
Accept the default Begin Time or click on the Clock Icon to select a new ending time. This is the start time for the facility reservation (i.e., noon2:30pm). Optionally, you can select one of the time block buttons at the top of the screen.
DeletePunch Visits Left (GlobalSalesChange_PMPPunchLeft)
You will not visit this field.
This field displays the number of Punch Visits Left for the Punch Pass with which you are working.
DeleteStatus (GlobalSalesChange_FRStatusOption)
For Permits, expand the Drop-down list and select this permit's status. Use this status for internal tracking purposes, which display on this screen and in related reports. RecTrac does not require you to change this status before you create a facility reservation from a permit.
- (Default selection.) Permit - In Review: The default status for all new permit requests sent by patrons from WebTrac.
- Permit - Approved: An accepted permit request.
- Permit - Complete: A finished permit request.
- Permit - Rejected: A turned down permit request.
- Permit - Incomplete: A permit request that is missing vital information. A followup with the patron is necessary before you can complete vetting it.
For Facility Reservations, expand the Drop-down list and select this reservation's status: Firm, Hold, or Tentative.

DeleteHead Count (GlobalSalesChange_FRHeadCount)
Enter the anticipated head-count for this Facility Reservation (i.e., 100 people). This is useful if you want track attendance for your various facilities.
DeleteHead Count (GlobalSalesChange_PTHeadCount)
Enter the anticipated head-count for this trainer reservation (i.e. 3 people). This is useful if you want track attendance for your various trainers or if you charge by the head."
DeleteSet Up Minutes (GlobalSalesChange_FRSetUpTimes)
Enter the allotted time it takes your staff to set up for before this event (i.e., set chairs, tables, and etc…). For Example: This facility will be used for a couple's wedding vows, and you need to set up an arch, podium with microphone, and chairs for the guests. You might enter 30 into the Set Up Minutes field. The reservation is booked to start at noon, and your addition of Set Up Minutes will begin blocking the space as unavailable from 11:30 am (instead of noon).
DeleteClean Up Minutes (GlobalSalesChange_FRCleanUpTimes)
Enter the time allotment for your staff to cleanup after the patron has used this event space (i.e., remove tables, chairs, and etc…). For Example: This facility will be used for a couple's wedding vows, and you need to remove the arch, podium with microphone, and guest chairs. You might enter 30 into the Clean Up Minutes field. The reservation is booked to end at 1:00 PM, and your addition of Clean Up Minutes will block that space as unavailable until 1:30 PM (instead of 1:00 PM).
DeletePattern Change Option (Matching Facility Only, Date Changes are Relative) (GlobalSalesChange_FRPatternChange)
Accept the default or click the Drop-down menu to select an alternative Pattern Chance Option.
- None - The patron's event MUST be for the selected date; no others are allowed.
- All Dates - The patron's event can be reserved on any alternative date.
- Future Dates - The patron's event can be reserved on only future dates (i.e., nothing proceeding the initial date suggested).
- Matching WeekDay - The patron's event MUST be reserved on the same weekday (i.e., Saturday) as initially suggested but an alternative date would be fine.
Waivers (GlobalSalesChange_FRWaiverCodes)
Optional. Select the waiver(s) to print along with the patron's receipt (i.e., your standard rules and regulations waiver, damage deposit waiver, and etc…).
