The Greenwich Residency Status Change is a custom program that performs two (2) separate Residency Status functions when it is run:
- It changes a family member's Category and Fee Code (on the Member Details screen) based on whether or not the family member has an active or expired Pass of a certain Code. This is done by running the program for selected Pass Codes and a range of Expiration Dates. If the program finds a Pass that matches the Code criteria, and if the Pass expired at any time during the Date Range entered, and if the family member does not have an active-status pass of that same Code (to account for renewals), then that family member's Category and Fee Code will be changed. All others are exempt.
Note: Step 1 of this program changes a Family Member's Category and Fee Code only. It does not change the Household Category or Fee Code.
- It changes the Category and Fee Code for the household (Household Category and Fee Code) based on whether or not the Primary Person/Guardian of that household has active or expired Pass of a certain Code. This is done by running the program for a selected list of Zip Codes and a range of Expiration Dates. If the program finds a Primary Person/Guardian with a matching Zip Code, and if that person has a Pass that matches the Code criteria, and if the Pass expired at any time during the Date Range entered, and if the person does not have an active-status pass of that same Code (to account for renewals), then that Household's Category and Fee Code will be changed. All others are exempt.
Note: Step 2 of this program changes a Household's Category and Fee Code only. It does not change Family Member Categories or Fee Codes.
When you Process the program, it performs each function in sequence. In Step 1, it changes Family Member Categories and Fee Codes as outlined above. In Step 2, it changes Household Category and Fee Code as outlined above. There is no pause between these steps and no chance for user interaction.
