The Household Fee Detail Debugging program provides a means for troubleshooting a household's fees and payments. The program outputs to a Comma Separated Value (.csv) file in the Document Center. Records are listed in Transaction Date order (oldest to most recent). The .csv file does not include column headers, but the file includes the Transaction ID, Item Description, Family Member Name, Module, Item Status, Transaction Status, Date, Transaction ID links, Fee Type, Record Status, Receipt Number and Date, Fee Amount, Fee Paid, Pay Code, and etc.

To Run the Household Fee Details Debugging Program and Create a HHFeeDetails .csv File
- Click the Picklist icon for Household Number. You will continue to the Household Lookup DataGrid.
- Lookup and Select the household for which you wish to run this program.
- Click Fetch Records. The Transactions DataGrid will populate with all transactions linked to the household you selected.
- Click Create Fee Detail File. The process runs on the AppServer. The Notification Center will alert you when the process completes.
THEN
Go the Document Center.HHFeeDetails.csv will appear in the DataGrid. If you do not see it, expand the Drop-down list for Document Type and select ---All Document Types---
To Run the Household Fee Details Debugging Program and Troubleshooting Using the Various DataGrids on the Screen
- Click the Picklist icon for Household Number. You will continue to the Household Lookup DataGrid.
- Lookup and Select the household for which you wish to run this program.
- Click Fetch Records. The Transactions DataGrid will populate with all transactions linked to the household you selected.
- Highlight/select and double-click on a transaction in the DataGrid
OR
Find the Receipt you wish to troubleshoot. Enter that in the Receipt Number field and click Fetch Records again. - Use the various DataGrids to perform your troubleshooting.
Other buttons on the screen…
Click Allow Edit to allow editing access to selected columns on the DataGrids.
Note: A VSI Access Code is required.
Click End Open Sessions to end any open sessions linked to the household you have selected.
To exit this program, click 'X' on the title bar. You will be returned to the Main Menu or the previous program.
HHFeeDetails_Tab1
Household Number (HHFeeDetails_HouseholdNumber)
Click the Picklist icon. You will continue to the Household Lookup DataGrid. Lookup and Select the household for which you wish to run this program. This is a Mandatory field for the default VSI RecTrac Design. Your Design and setup may vary.

or Receipt Number (HHFeeDetails_ReceiptNumber)
Enter a Receipt Number in this field and click Fetch Records. The DataGrids on the screen will populate. This is an OR" field meaning you can either view transactions linked to the Household you selected OR you can view information linked to receipt you enter in this field.

Transactions (HHFeeDetails_SAdetailDatagrid)
The Transactions DataGrid lists all transactions linked the Household you have selected.
DeleteFees (HHFeeDetails_SAFeeDataGrid)
The Fees DataGrid lists all fees linked to the Receipt with which you are working.
Highlight/select a fee record and click Create Missing General Ledger Record to continue to the Create Missing General Ledger Record screen where you can create/edit GL information for the selected fee.
DeleteSAFeeHistory (HHFeeDetails_SAfeehistoryDataGrid)
The Fee History from Select Fee DataGrid lists the history of the Fee you selected.
DeleteGeneral Ledger (HHFeeDetails_SAGLDataGrid)
The Fees DataGrid displays General Ledger information.
Select a Fee Record from the Fees from Selected Transaction DataGrid and click Fetch Record based on SAFee to populate the DataGrid.
OR
Enter a Receipt Number and click Fetch Records based on Receipt Number to populate the DataGrid.
Receipt Payments (HHFeeDetails_SAReceiptPaymentDataGrid)
The Fees DataGrid displays payment information for the receipt listed in the or Receipt Number field.
DeleteControl Account History (HHFeeDetails_ControlAccountDataGrid)
The Control Account DataGrid displays Control Account information.
Select a Fee Record from the Fees from Selected Transaction DataGrid and click Fetch Record based on SAFee to populate the DataGrid.
OR
Enter a Receipt Number and click Fetch Records based on Receipt Number to populate the DataGrid.
Credit Card History (HHFeeDetails_CreditCardHistoryDataGrid)
The Credit Card History DataGrid displays credit card information for the receipt listed in the or Receipt Number field.
Enter a Receipt Number and click Fetch Records based on Receipt Number to populate the DataGrid.
