Resources (MTComboLogArea_StaffDataGrid)
Select staff members from the DataGrid as needed. These are the staff members for whom you will log the work being performed.
DeleteLog Date (MTComboLogArea_BeginDate)
Accept the default value or make an alternate selection. The date you select is the date that will be used when you log the work. The default value for this field (Current Date, Previous Date, or Previous Work Date) is established on the Combination Log profile.
DeleteLog Time (MTComboLogArea_LogTime)
Enter a value in this field.

Select your time unit. This is the time you log for the work performed.
Time Unit (MTComboLogArea_TimeUnit)
Enter a value in the Log Time field.

Accept the default value in this field or make an alternate selection. This is the time you'll log for the work performed.

DeletePayroll Code (MTComboLogArea_PayrollCode)
Accept the default value (your 'Regular' Payroll Code) or make an alternate selection, if needed. This is the payroll value that you'll assign to the work that was performed.

DeleteEquipment
Resources (MTComboLogArea_EquipmentResourceDataGrid)
Select equipment resources from the DataGrid as needed. This is the equipment for which you will log the work being performed.
DeleteEquipment Use (MTComboLogArea_EquipmentUse)
Enter a value in this field.

Click Log Equipment.
This is the usage amount you want to log for the equipment you select.

DeleteMaterials

Select material resources from the DataGrid as needed. These are the materials that were used for the being logged.
DeleteMaterial Quantity (MTComboLogArea_MaterialQuantity)
Enter a value in this field.

DeleteMaterial Unit (MTComboLogArea_MaterialUnit)
Enter a value in the Material Quantity field.

DeleteMisc Expenses
Expense Type (MTComboLogArea_ExpenseType)
Select the type of miscellaneous expense you want to log.
- Labor - Work that staff members performed.
- Equipment - Equipment used to perform work.
- Materials - Materials used when performing work.
- Contract - Expenses incurred as part of a contract.
Expense Amount (MTComboLogArea_ExpenseAmount)
Enter the amount of the expense in dollars and cents.
DeletePurchase Order (MTComboLogArea_PurchaseOrderPickList)
Select the Purchase Order associated with this expense.
Purchase Orders are maintained in Purchase Order Management
DeleteAlternate GL Code (MTComboLogArea_ExpenseGLPickList)
Select an alternate GL code for this expense, if needed.
GL Codes are maintained in GL Code management"
DeleteExpense Reference (MTComboLogArea_ExpenseReference)
Add applicable reference notes as needed.
THEN
Click Log Misc Expense to finish the log process for this expense.
