The Criteria Group contains filters specific to the report you are running.
ReportOptionsCYMSProfilePrint_Tab
Select Information to Include in Profile Print (ReportOptionsCYMSProfilePrint_ProfileAreas)
Use the Dual Selection List to add or remove Information Headers from the Selected field as needed. Leave these fields at their default settings to have the information in the Selected column appear on your report
OR
Select Information Headers from the Available column and Add them to the Selected column as desired.
To add an item, click the plus symbol (+)to its immediate left.
THEN
Use drag and drop" with your mouse to order the items in the Selected column how you want them to appear top to bottom on the report.
Click Add All or Remove All to clear either column.
DeleteSelect Medical Information to Print (ReportOptionsCYMSProfilePrint_PrintMedical)
Use the Dual Selection List to add or remove Medical and Shot Record Headers from the Selected field as needed. Leave these fields at their default settings to have the information in the Selected column appear on your report
OR
Select Information Headers from the Available column and Add them to the Selected column as desired.
To add an item, click the plus symbol (+)to its immediate left.
THEN
Use drag and drop" with your mouse to order the items in the Selected column how you want them to appear top to bottom on the report.
Click Add All or Remove All to clear either column.
