Accept the default value in this field or click the Combo Box to select the Reservation Status(es) you wish to have included on the report.
OR
Leave this field blank to include all status types.
- Cancelled - Reservations that have been cancelled.
- Change - Reservations that have a cart status of 'Change.'
- Denied - Reservations that have been denied, either due to a conflict or a rule violation.
- Firm - Firm status reservations.
- Hold - Hold status reservations.
- Internal - Reservations made to the Internal Household.
- New - Reservations with a cart status of 'New.'
- Permit - Approved - Permit Reservations that have been approved.
- Permit - Complete - Permit Reservations that have been completed but not reviewed.
- Permit - In Review - Permit Reservations that being reviewed.
- Permit - Incomplete - Permit Reservations that are incomplete.
- Permit - Rejected - Permit Reservations that have been reviewed and rejected.
- Removed - Reservations that have a cart status of 'Removed.'
- Tentative - Tentative status reservations.
- Waitlist - Waitlist status reservations.
Begin Date (ReportOptionsFacilityUsageReport_BeginDate)
Expand the Drop-down list and select your beginning and ending reservation date range for this report.
THEN
Take appropriate action in the right-hand column to specify the actual date range you wish to select. Reservations of the Status and Types selected over the Date Range entered will be included on your report.
