The Criteria Group contains filters specific to the report you are running.

Select your match option:
- Pass Code Match - This option will garner results between the base dates for the same pass codes only. So only renewals into the same pass code(s) selected will be considered.
- Pass Category Match - This option will garner results between the base dates for the same pass category only. So only renewals into the same pass category/categories selected will be considered.
- Pass Type Match - This option will garner results between the base dates for the same pass types only. So only renewals into the same pass type(s) selected will be considered.
- Pass SubTye Match - This option will garner results between the base dates for the same pass subtypes only. So only renewals into the same pass subtype(s) selected will be considered.
- Match Any in Retention Pass List - This option will garner results between the base dates for any pass code in the Pass Retention List field. So renewals from an original pass into a different pass type can be accounted for.
Pass Retention List (Blank = ALL) (ReportOptionsPassRetentionReport_NewPassList)
If your Match Option is Match Any in Retention Pass List then enter a list of pass codes in this field. (Optionally you can leave the field blank to include all pass codes.). This option will garner results between the base dates for any pass code in this field. So renewals from from the pass codes you have selected into a pass code listed here can be accounted for.

Enter your Base Date This is the date on which you are looking for Active" status memberships of the pass type(s) selected.

Enter your Retention Date. This is the date on which you are looking for Active" status memberships of the pass type(s) selected for the SAME MEMBERS who had "Active" status passes on Base Date 1.

Select the Categories by which you want to filter the report, if any.
This list is populated with the Category (Household/Family Member/Team) System Codes you have Permissions to see.
DeleteGenders to Include (ReportOptionsPassRetentionReport_Gender)
Select the genders by which you want to filter on the report, if any.
This list is populated with the Gender System Codes you have Permissions to see.
DeleteInstallment Bill Types to Include (ReportOptionsPassRetentionReport_BillingType)
Select the Installment Billing types by which you want to filter the report, if any.
This list is hard coded. Installment Billing type is set on a by-household basis.
DeleteInclude Passes with no Members on Base Date? (ReportOptionsPassRetentionReport_IncludeZeroBaseDate)
Select this option to include passes that had zero active memberships as of your Base Date.
DeleteAdditional Columns (May force CSV output format) (ReportOptionsPassRetentionReport_ExtraColumns)
This field allows you to add columns to your report. Simply find the column you want and click +" to add it to the right-hand column. Additional columns will print left to right in the order they're listed top to bottom. You can re-order the columns using drag and drop.
In the event you choose too many columns the report will output to .csv file.
