TeeTimePattern Help
Learn how to create your own unique tee time pattern to optimize your golf schedule and improve your game with the help of this informative guide.
The Pattern Tee Time program allows you to generate multiple tee time reservations in a set pattern for a specific golfer ID, set of golfers, regularly scheduled league play or for a tournament. The program also provides an option for clearing pattern tee times that have been generated, provided the Tee Time Status is NOT Tee2 or Tee'd Off.
Lastly this program can be used to set the Web Booking flag to "On" or "Off" for any existing Tee Times. You would use this option in the event you generated Tee Times and forgot to enable the Allow WebTrac reservations toggle option(s) OR if you generated Tee Times with the Allow WebTrac reservations enabled and decided you did NOT want to allow booking through WebTrac.
Fees are NOT charged as a byproduct of this process.

DeleteStarting Hole (TeeTimePattern_StartingHole)
Expand the Drop-down list and select your Starting Hole option. Depending on your Pattern Type, tee times will either be booked, cleared or have the Web OK flag will be set.
- 1st Tee - The process will commence with the 1st hole on the golf course(s) selected.

- Alternate 1st/10th Tee by Day - The process will commence with the 1st hole on the golf course(s) selected and then alternate to the 10th hole on the second day of the pattern, and then back to the 1st hole on the third day of the pattern and so-on.
- Crossover - The process will use Crossover Tee Time logic. Crossover Tee Time logic generates Tee Times for 18-Hole play on a single course, but tee times are designed to allow Golfers to tee off from the 1st Tee and the 10th Tee simultaneously. Refer to the Crossover Tee Time definition in the Tee Time Generation for further information.
Number of Holes (TeeTimePattern_ReservationType)
Expand the Drop-down list and select the Reservation Type you for the process being completed. Depending on your Pattern Type, tee times will either be booked, cleared or have the Web OK flag set based on the 9 or 18 hole reservations.
For Example: If you're creating Pattern Tee Times, your setting in this field determines whether you're creating 9-hole or 18-hole reservations.
DeleteNumber of Slots (TeeTimePattern_NumberofSlots)
Name fields are applicable for the Book Pattern Type only
Enter the number of Tee Time Slots you want included in the process. Depending on your Pattern Type tee times will either be booked cleared or have the Web OK flag set. The number of Slots you pick here refer to the number of slots per Tee Time.
If booking Tee Times and you have fewer than four (4) Players/Members selected you can still book up to four (4) slots by the number of slots you want to book per Tee Time in this field. For Example: You are creating Pattern Tee Times for Ty Webb. He requests three (3) slots per Tee Time. Rather than entering Ty's information in the three Player slots on this program you could enter Ty's information for Player 1 and then enter "3" in this field. When the reservations are made Ty Webb would be linked to Slots 1-3 for all tee times in his pattern.
Note: If you are booking Tee Times and you have more than one (1) Players/Members selected you can still book up to four (4) slots by the number of slots you want to book per Tee Time in this field. In this event the player listed in the Player 1 will be linked to any slots not taken by the other members listed. For Example: You are creating Pattern Tee Times for Ty Webb and Al Czervick. Ty is listed as Player 1 and Al is listed as Player 2. They requests four (4) slots per Tee Time. When the reservations are made Ty Webb would be linked to Slots 1 3 and 4 for all tee times in the pattern and Al will be linked to Slot 2.
Assign Tee Times as Checked In (TeeTimePattern_CheckIn)
Name fields are applicable for the Book Pattern Type only.
Select this option to have tee times in your pattern created with a status of "Checked In." This allows the golfers for whom you've made the Tee Time go immediately to Tee2 (if you use that option) or Tee'd Off upon arriving at the golf course.
De-select this option to have the tee times in your pattern created with your "Booked" status. When golfers arrive at the course they will have to check in.
Note: The Pattern Tee Times program does NOT charge fees. It simply makes the Tee Time reservations.
Override Tee Time Rules (TeeTimePattern_Override)
This field is applicable for the Book Pattern Type only.
Select this option to have tee times created regardless of any Rules you have in place. When this option is selected no Rule checking is performed and Tee Times are simply made. For Example: You have an Allow Rule for "Members Only" reservations on Mondays. With this option selected you could generate Pattern Tee Times using your Daily Player to hold the spots. Your Daily Player is NOT a Member but because Rules aren't being checked the reservation would be made.
De-select this option to have the system check Rules prior to making Tee Times. If a Rule is encountered that prohibits a Tee Time from being made then the system will NOT make it and this will be listed in the byproduct report that gets generated upon running this program. Using the example above the system would disallow the Daily Player reservations for Monday. This would be listed on the Report.
DeleteInclude Checked In? (TeeTimePattern_ClearCheckedIn)
This option is applicable only if your Pattern Type is "Clear."
Select this option to have the system include Tee Times with a Status of "Checked-In" (aka: 'Show') when running the Clear. When this option is selected the system will clear all Pattern Tee Times within the date range including those that were created using the Assign Tee Times as Checked In option enabled.
De-select this option to have the system clear Pattern Tee Times that were created without the Assign Tee Times as Checked In option enabled. When this option is selected the system will clear only those Pattern Tee Times within the date range that were created without using the Assign Tee Times as Checked In option enabled.
