The Ticket Reprint program allows you to print/reprint Tickets that have been sold, either in RecTrac or in WebTrac. This program is useful for printing POS Tickets linked setup to use WebTrac Print Option In Office (Batch) and may also be used to reprint any POS Tickets and any Access Tickets from any module, as needed.
To Run the Ticket Reprint Program
- Run one of the three Search Options. To print/reprint tickets, you must first populate the Ticket Records DataGrid. You can do this using any of the following Search options.

Date/Time/User Name/Household - Fill in any/all of these fields
THEN
Click Search. The DataGrid will populate with all Tickets sold that meet your search criteria.
OR -
Receipt Number - Enter a specific receipt number in the Receipt Number field.
THEN
Click Search. The DataGrid will populate with all Tickets linked to that receipt.
OR -
Serial Number - Enter a specific ticket's serial number in the Serial Number field.
THEN
Click Search. The DataGrid will populate with that single Ticket.
Note: The Serial Number option is applicable for Serialized Tickets only. Wildcarding is NOT allowed in the Serial Number field. You must enter the exact Serial Number.

Date/Time/User Name/Household - Fill in any/all of these fields
- Select the records you wish to print from the DataGrid. Multiple selection is allowed.
- Expand the Drop-down list and select the printer you wish to use.
- If printing "Sandwich Tickets," click the Picklist icons for Name/Address Ticketand Payment Ticket to select the appropriate Template(s).
Note: Generally speaking, "Sandwich Tickets" are used to include Name/Address and Payment information for tickets sold in WebTrac and either "held at the door" and given to the patron at the event or mailed to the patron in advance of the event. Templates for these tickets are maintained in Template Design Studio. Record Type= Ticket Payment.
- (Optional) Click Preview Tickets to see a listing of the Tickets that will be printed/reprinted by this process.
- Click Reprint Tickets. The process runs through VIC and the ticket records will be queued to the printer you selected.

DeleteBegin Time (TicketReprint_BeginTime)
Date/Time/User Name/Household - Fill in any/all of these fields
THEN
Click Search. The DataGrid will populate with all Tickets sold that meet your search criteria.
OR
Search for a specific Receipt Number to populate the Ticket Records DataGrid.
OR
Search for a specific Serial Number to populate the Ticket Records DataGrid.
Click the Picklist icon to select a single User ID, if desired. Tickets sold by this User ID only will be included in the DataGrid.
DeleteUser Name (TicketReprint_SoldUser)
Date/Time/User Name/Household - Fill in any/all of these fields
THEN
Click Search. The DataGrid will populate with all Tickets sold that meet your search criteria.
OR
Search for a specific Receipt Number to populate the Ticket Records DataGrid.
OR
Search for a specific Serial Number to populate the Ticket Records DataGrid.
Click the Picklist icon to select a single User ID, if desired. Tickets sold by this User ID only will be included in the DataGrid.
DeleteBegin/End Times Are Fixed (TicketReprint_FixedTimes)
Select this option to fix" your Date/Time Ranges by the time range selected over each day in the range. For Example: Your Date Range is 04/10/20xx - 04/16/20xx and your Time Range is 07:00am - 04:00pm. The program will find only those Tickets sold daily between 7:00am and 4:00pm for each date in the range. A Ticket sold at 11:40pm on April 14 WILL NOT be included because it was sold after 4:00pm.
De-select this option to use continuous time over the Date/Time range selected. For Example: Your Date Range is 04/10/20xx - 04/16/20xx and your Time Range is 07:00am - 04:00pm. The program will find any Tickets sold between 7:00am on April 10 through and 4:00pm on April 16. A Ticket sold at 11:40pm on April 14 WILL be included because your date/time range is continuous.
DeleteHousehold (TicketReprint_HouseholdNumber)
Date/Time/User Name/Household - Fill in any/all of these fields

Click Search. The DataGrid will populate with all Tickets sold that meet your search criteria.
OR
Search for a specific Receipt Number to populate the Ticket Records DataGrid.
OR
Search for a specific Serial Number to populate the Ticket Records DataGrid.
Click the Picklist icon to select a single Household, if desired. Tickets sold to the Household selected only will be included in the DataGrid.
DeleteInclude Already Printed Tickets (TicketReprint_IncludePrinted)
Select this option to include tickets that have already been printed in the DataGrid. Tickets sold in RecTrac and printed, either at the time of sale or through use of this program, have their 'Printed' flag set by the system. By default, printed tickets do not show in the DataGrid. Use this option to display those tickets.
DeleteReceipt Number (TicketReprint_ReceiptNumber)
Enter a specific receipt number in this field.
THEN
Click Search. The DataGrid will populate with all Tickets linked to this receipt number.
OR
Use the Date/Time/User Name/Household search panel to populate the Ticket Records DataGrid
OR
Search for a specific Serial Number to populate the Ticket Records DataGrid.
Serial Number (TicketReprint_SerialNumber)
Enter a serial number in this field.
THEN
Click Search. The DataGrid will populate with that single ticket.
OR
Use the Date/Time/User Name/Household search panel to populate the Ticket Records DataGrid
OR
Search for a specific Receipt Number to populate the Ticket Records DataGrid.

Ticket Records (TicketReprint_DataGrid)
The Ticket Records DataGrid displays all the Tickets that meet your Search criteria. Scroll up or down or left to right, as needed, to view information. From the DataGrid, highlight/select those tickets you wish to print/reprint. Multiple selection is allowed.

DeletePrinter (TicketReprint_Printer)
Expand the Drop-down list to select the printer to which you wish queue your Tickets upon clicking Reprint Tickets. The process runs through VIC and the ticket records will be queued to the printer you selected.
DeleteName/Address Ticket (TicketReprint_NameAddressTicket)
If opting to print Sandwich Tickets click the Picklist icon to select your Name/Address Ticket Template(s).
