The MainTrac Facility Listing report allows you to print a list of all (or some) Facility Codes in your MainTrac module. By default the report lists the Facility Code, Description, Status, Category, Permissions, and Location for the Facility Codes you opt to print.
RecTrac Process and Reporting screens offer numerous fields and widgets that allow you to filter the data for which your process or report is being run. RecTrac Widgets provides definitions and examples to show you how these work.
From the bottom of the screen…
Core Criteria
MainTrac Facilities (MTFacility_FacilityCode_DataGrid)
The Facility DataGrid displays all Facility Codes in your database based on the DataGrid filters being used and your Permissions.
Highlight/select individual Facility Codes, as needed, from the DataGrid. Multiple selection is allowed.
OR
Select the Use Facility Range option.
THEN
Input the range of Facility Codes you wish to include.
Make selections in the DataGrid or use a Facility Range or Both. Leaving the DataGrid blank and the Use Range option de-selected will result in NO FACILITY CODES being selected.
Click here for a full description of RecTrac DataGrids.
DeletePermissions (MTFacility_Permissions_ComboBox)
If opting to Use Facility Range, then click the Combo Box icon to select a Permission Code or Codes, if desired. The report will filter to those Facility Codes linked to the Permission Code(s) you select.
Optionally you can leave this field blank to skip the Permissions Code check.
DeleteFacility Status (MTFacility_RecordStatus_ComboBox)
Click the Combo Box icon to select the Facility Status(es) on which you wish to report. Only those Facility Codes with a Status matching your selection(s) will be included.
Leave this field at its default value (0) to skip the Status check.
DeleteUse Facility Code Range (MTFacility_FacilityCode_UseRange)
This field appears in numerous programs. Its functionality may vary.
Select this option to limit your selection to a range of Facilities.
THEN
Enter the range of Facility Codes.
OR
Leave this option de-selected to skip the Facility Code Range check and make selections from the DataGrid if applicable.
- If there is a DataGrid for this program - In instances where you have a DataGrid and corresponding Range a selection in one or the other (or both) is required. Selecting nothing from the DataGrid and nothing from the Range yields a blank report or process.
- If there is NOT a DataGrid for this program - In instances where you do NOT have a DataGrid a selection here is NOT required. Leaving this option de-selected skips this filter and results in ALL Codes being included.
Begin Facility Code (MTFacility_FacilityCode_Begin)
This field is applicable only if you opt to Use Facility Range.
Click the Picklist icon to select the Beginning and Ending Facility Codes for their respective fields. Facility Codes within the range entered will be included in the process.
DeleteEnd Facility Code (MTFacility_FacilityCode_End)

If opting to Use Facility Range, then click the Picklist icon to select a single Facility Code, if desired, to use as a base for a Wildcard selection.

THEN
Expand the Drop-down list to select a Wildcard Option. Depending on your selection, wildcard asterisks/periods may be required.
WildCard Option (MTFacility_FacilityCode_Equals_Option)
Select your Wildcard Option for this process:
- Equals - The process will return a list of all records that equal the value entered. This must be an exact match. For Example: If this was a list of Family Members, entering 'Grace Somersby' would find 'Grace Somersby' because it is an exact match, but it would NOT find 'Grace J. Somersby' because it is not an exact match.
Note: When running Reports you can use a comma-delimited list (with no spaces) in the corresponding Wildcard field when your Wildcard Option is Equals. This applies to Reports only. For Example: Entering "48116 5851 88003" in a Zip Code Wildcard field on a Report and using the Equals Option would yield results from those three separate Zip Codes.
- Begins - The process will return a list of all records that begin with the value entered. Wildcarding asterisks/periods are not needed. For Example: If this was a list of Family Members entering 'Gr' would find all members whose name begins with 'Gr ' such as Grace Somersby but it would NOT find Ginny Weasley because her name begins with 'Gi.'
- Ends - The process will return a list of all records that end with the value entered. Wildcarding asterisks/periods are not needed. For Example: If this was a list of Family Members entering 'by' would find all members whose name ends with 'by ' such as Grace Somersby but it would NOT find Sam McGee because his name ends with 'ee.'
- Matches - The process will return a list of all records where a value match can be found. Wildcarding and asterisks/periods must be used. For Example: If this was a list of Family Members entering '*om*' (asterisks must be included) would find Grace Somersby and Tom Sawyer because "om" appears in both names but it would NOT find Felicity Lemon because "om" does not appear anywhere in her name.

For Example: If this was a list of Family Members, entering 'Grace Somersby' would find 'Grace Somersby' because it is an exact match, but it would NOT find 'Grace J. Features (MTFacility_Features_ComboBox)
Click the Combo Box icon and select specific Features, if desired. Multiple selection is allowed.
THEN
Expand the Drop-down list and select your Match Option. The Match Option determines how Facility Codes that have the Feature(s) you selected will be printed on your report.
- Match Any - If any Feature is a match, then the Facility Code will be included. For Example: You select Flood Lights" and "Home Run Fence." Any Facility Code that includes either Flood Lights OR Home Run Fence (or both) will be included in the report output. A Facility Code with a single feature for "Dugouts" would NOT be listed.
- Match 1 - 5 - In order to be included on the report output a Facility Code must be linked to some (or all) of the Features listed and the Facility Code must meet (or exceed) the threshold value selected in this field. For Example: You select "Flood Lights Home Run Fence and Dugouts." You set the Match Option to "Match 2." In order to be included on the report output a Facility Code must be linked to any two (2) of the three (3) Features listed so a Softball field with "Flood Lights" and "Dugouts" would be included but a Facility Code with "Dugouts" and "Scoreboard" only would not. Any Facility Code that exceeds the threshold number will be included too. Using the example above if a Softball field had "Flood Lights Dugouts Home Run Fence and Scoreboard" as linked features it would appear on the report because two (2) matches were found.
- Match Exact - Every Feature must be a match in order for a Facility Code to be included. For Example: You select "Flood Lights" and "Home Run Fence." In order to appear on the report a Facility Code would have to be linked to both (and only both) the Flood Lights and Home Run Fence Features. A Facility Code linked to "Flood Lights Home Run Fence and Dugouts" would NOT be included because it is NOT an EXACT match.
- Match None - The report will list any Facility Codes whose Features do NOT match your selection criteria. For Example: You select "Flood Lights" and "Home Run Fence." Any Facility Code that does not include Flood Lights AND Home Run Fence will be included in the report output. A Facility Code with a single feature for "Dugouts" would be listed because the linked Features do not match FLood Lights and Home Run Fence.
