DeleteInclude Weekdays (MTFixedAssetReport_Weekdays)
Click the Combo Box icon to select individual days of the week, if desired. Multiple selection is allowed.
OR
Leave this field at its default setting ((0) Selected) to skip the weekdays check.
Note: Work completed on the days of the week selected will be included on the report regardless of the day of the week on which the Combination Log entry was made. For Example: Every Monday you make Combo Log entries for the previous week. On Monday 24 September you create Combo Log entries for done during the week of 17 September. Running the report for the week of 17 September and selecting Tuesday and Thursday will yield all work completed on 18 and 20 September even though the Combo Log entries were made on the Monday after the fact.
Permissions (MTFixedAssetReport_Permissions_Combobox)
Click the Combo Box icon to select the Permissions Code(s) by which you wish to filter the report, if any. Multiple selection is allowed.
THEN
Determine whether you wish to Restrict Resources by Permission.
OR
Leave this field at its default setting ((0) Selected) to skip the Permissions check.
When you make a selection (or selections) in this field, the report will filter by Combination Log entries linked to Fixed Assets that are linked to the Permissions Code(s) you select. For Example: The Fixed Asset you select is Facility." Your Permissions selection is "Chene Park." When you run the report it will filter to those Combo Log entries for Facilities linked to the Chene Park Permission only.
DeleteRestrict Resources by Permission (MTFixedAssetReport_RestrictResourcesByPermission)
This field is applicable only if you have one (1) or more Permissions Codes selected in the Permissions field.
Select this option to apply the same Permissions Code(s) you have selected to the Resources that will appear on the report. For Example: Your department has two (2) Parks Chene and Franklin. Each Park has its own Permission Code ("Chene" and "Franklin"). The Fixed Asset you select is "Facility." The Permissions Code you select is "Chene." The Resource Types you select are "Equipment" and "Personnel." You enable this option. Danny Noonan is an employee linked to the Franklin Park Permission Code. On Monday 17 September Danny was sent to mow the ball fields at Chene Park. When you run the report it will filter to those Combo Log entries for Facilities linked to the Chene Park Permission and to the Resources linked to the Chene Park Permission. In this scenario Danny Noonan will NOT appear on the report because you are opting to Restrict Resources by Permission and there is a Permission Code mismatch between the Permission linked to the Park (Chene) and the Permission linked to Danny Noonan (Franklin)..
Leave this option de-selected to skip the Permissions check for Resources on the report. For Example: Your department has two (2) Parks Chene and Franklin. Each Park has its own Permission Code ("Chene" and "Franklin"). The Fixed Asset you select is "Facility." The Permissions Code you select is "Chene." The Resource Types you select are "Equipment" and "Personnel." You disable this option. Danny Noonan is an employee linked to the Franklin Park Permission Code. On Monday 17 September Danny was sent to mow the ball fields at Chene Park. When you run the report it will filter to those Combo Log entries for Facilities linked to the Chene Park Permission but it will display any Resources that were used for work at Chene Park regardless of the Permissions Code(s) to which they are linked. In this scenario Danny Noonan WILL appear on the report regardless of the Permissions mismatch because you are opting not to restrict Resource by Permissions..
DeleteResource Types (MTFixedAssetReport_ResourceTypes)
Click the Combo Box icon to select the Resource Types you wish to include on the report output, if any. Multiple selection is allowed.
OR
Leave this field at its default setting ((0) Selected) to skip the Resources check.
Restrict Resources by Personnel (MTFixedAssetReport_RestrictResourcesByPersonnel)
This field is applicable only if you have one (1) or more Staff Member selected in the Staff Members DataGrid.
Select this option to apply the Staff Code(s) you have selected in the Staff Members DataGrid to your Resources.
De-select this option to skip this restriction and instead allow the report to look at all Staff Member Resources.
For Example: You have two (2) employees who do mowing Danny Noonan and Tony D'Annunzio. Each has their own riding mower. On Monday 17 September both employees do mowing at Chene Park. When you run the report you select Danny Noonan in the Staff Members DataGrid. When you run the report:
-
Option Enabled ? When this option is enabled the report will records as follows:
- Danny Noonan 1 HR Chene Park Mowing where MTComboLog_StaffCode = Noonan.
- Mower 01 1 HR Chene Park Mowing where MTComboLog_StaffCode = Noonan.
-
Option Disabled ? When this option is disabled the report will records as follows:
- Danny Noonan 1 HR Chene Park Mowing where MTComboLog_StaffCode = Noonan.
- Mower 01 1 HR Chene Park Mowing where MTComboLog_StaffCode = Noonan.
- Mower 02 1 HR Chene Park Mowiing where MTComboLog_StaffCode = D'Annunzio
The key difference is the third record for the mower assigned to Tony. Without limiting Resources by Personnel Mower 02 gets included because it meets all of the other report criteria.

WildCard Option (MTFacility_FacilityCode_Equals_Option)
Select your Wildcard Option for this process:
- Equals - The process will return a list of all records that equal the value entered. This must be an exact match. For Example: If this was a list of Family Members, entering 'Grace Somersby' would find 'Grace Somersby' because it is an exact match, but it would NOT find 'Grace J. Somersby' because it is not an exact match.
Note: When running Reports you can use a comma-delimited list (with no spaces) in the corresponding Wildcard field when your Wildcard Option is Equals. This applies to Reports only. For Example: Entering "48116 5851 88003" in a Zip Code Wildcard field on a Report and using the Equals Option would yield results from those three separate Zip Codes.
- Begins - The process will return a list of all records that begin with the value entered. Wildcarding asterisks/periods are not needed. For Example: If this was a list of Family Members entering 'Gr' would find all members whose name begins with 'Gr ' such as Grace Somersby but it would NOT find Ginny Weasley because her name begins with 'Gi.'
- Ends - The process will return a list of all records that end with the value entered. Wildcarding asterisks/periods are not needed. For Example: If this was a list of Family Members entering 'by' would find all members whose name ends with 'by ' such as Grace Somersby but it would NOT find Sam McGee because his name ends with 'ee.'
- Matches - The process will return a list of all records where a value match can be found. Wildcarding and asterisks/periods must be used. For Example: If this was a list of Family Members entering '*om*' (asterisks must be included) would find Grace Somersby and Tom Sawyer because "om" appears in both names but it would NOT find Felicity Lemon because "om" does not appear anywhere in her name.

WildCard Option (MTMaterial_MaterialCode_Equals_Option)
For Example: If this was a list of Family Members entering 'Gr' would find all members whose name begins with 'Gr' such as Grace Somersby but it would NOT find Ginny Weasley because her name begins with 'Gi.'
- Ends - The process will return a list of all records that end with the value entered. Wildcarding asterisks/periods are not needed. For Example: If this was a list of Family Members entering 'by' would find all members whose name ends with 'by' such as Grace Somersby but it would NOT find Sam McGee because his name ends with 'ee.'

Highlight/select individual Equipment Codes, as needed, from the DataGrid. Multiple selection is allowed.
OR
Select the Use Equipment Range option.
THEN
Input the range of Equipment Codes you wish to include.
Make selections in the DataGrid or use an Equipment Range or Both. Leaving the DataGrid blank and the Use Range option de-selected will result in NO EQUIPMENT CODES being selected.

DeleteUse Equipment Code Range (MTEquipment_EquipmentResources_UseRange)
This field appears in numerous programs. Its functionality may vary.
Select this option to limit your selection to a range of Equipment Codes.
THEN
Enter the range of Equipment Codes.
OR
Leave this option de-selected to skip the Equipment Code Range check and make selections from the DataGrid if applicable.
- If there is a DataGrid for this program - In instances where you have a DataGrid and corresponding Range a selection in one or the other (or both) is required. Selecting nothing from the DataGrid and nothing from the Range yields a blank report or process.
- If there is NOT a DataGrid for this program - In instances where you do NOT have a DataGrid a selection here is NOT required. Leaving this option de-selected skips this filter and results in ALL Codes being included.
