The Question Statistics Report is a "fixed" report that offers three (3) Run Options for statistical reporting on questions linked to various modules in RecTrac:
- Answer Listing - This output shows the answers to the questions selected in the DataGrid, based on your Answer Listing Sort Option and other selection criteria.
- Answer Stats - This output provides statistical information for answers to the questions selected in the DataGrid, based on your selection criteria.
- Question Links - This output shows you where questions are linked. There are no selection criteria for this version of the report.
Note: This report is not available under the Report Output Management/Inquiry Tool, but rather is found on the menus under Report ribbon • Report Listing • System Miscellaneous group.
RecTrac Process and Reporting screens offer numerous fields and widgets that allow you to filter the data for which your process or report is being run. RecTrac Widgets provides definitions and examples to show you how these work.

Core Criteria
Questions (QuestionGroupStatsReport_DataGrid)
The Question DataGrid lists all the Questions currently in your Database. Select the Question(s) on which you want to report. You must make at least one (1) selection; you may make multiple selections if desired.
DeleteRun Option (QuestionGroupStatsReport_RunOption)
Expand the Drop-down list to select your Run Option. Your selection here dictates which report you will run. This is a Mandatory field in the Standard VSI Design. Your Design may vary.

- Answer Listing - This output shows the answers to the questions selected in the DataGrid based on your Answer Listing Sort Option and other selection criteria. The report output varies depending on your Answer Listing Sort Option.

Answer Stats - This output provides statistical information for answers to the questions selected in the DataGrid based on your selection criteria. The report lists the questions and their answers then number of times a specific answer was given the percentage of times the specific answer was given and the percent of time that answer was given based on the other answers that were given. Non-answers count in the percentages shown.
For Example: A "Cancellation Code" Question was asked 200 times. It received an answer 100 times. Of the 100 answers given Schedule Conflict was chosen 20 times. For the "Schedule Conflict" Answer:- The Answer Count will be "20" because that answer was given 20 times.
- The Pct of Asked will be 10% because the "Cancellation Code" Question was asked 200 times and "Schedule Conflict" was the answer 20 times (20=10% of 200).
- The Pct of Answers will be 20% because the "Cancellation Code" Question was answered 100 times and "Schedule Conflict" was the answer 20 times (20=20% of 100).
- Question Links - This output shows you where questions are linked. There are no selection criteria for this version of the report. Select Questions from the DataGrid and click Process The output will show the items to which the selected Questions are linked.
Answer Listing Sort Option (QuestionGroupStatsReport_AnswerListingSort)
This field is applicable to the Answer Listing report output only.
Expand the Drop-down list to select your Answer Listing Sort Option. Your selection here dictates what the report will display.

- Module Item Code Transaction Question - This option lists the Module and Item to which the selected question is linked the question text and its answers. Answers are listed by Household/Family Member.
- Question Answer Date - This option lists the Question and the Module and Item to which it is linked. Answers are listed by Date by Answer by Item by Household/Member Name.
- Question Answer Value Answer Date - This option lists the Question. Answers are listed by Answer by Date/Time by Module and Item by Household/Member Name.
Date Option (QuestionGroupStatsReport_DateOption)
Expand the Drop-down list to select your Date Option for querying Answers on the report.

- Answer Date - The report will display Answers based on the Date Range entered only. For Example: You are reporting on Activity Answers. Your Date Range is 01 May - 31 May 20yy. When you run the report, the output will include only those answers for Activity Questions that were recorded during the month of May, 20yy. So an Answer recorded on 15 May for an Activity that starts on 01 June would be included on your report.
- Module Specific Dates - The report will display Answers based on the Date Range entered and then on your selections in the module-specific Date Option fields on the Module Criteria tab. For Example: You are reporting on Activity Answers. Your Date Range is 01 May - 31 May 20yy. In the Activity Date Option field on the Module Criteria Tab, you select Section Date." When you run the report the output will include only those answers for Activity Questions that were recorded for patrons who enrolled into an Activity during the month of May 20yy. So an Answer recorded on 15 May for an Activity that starts on 01 June would NOT be included on your report.
Begin Date (QuestionGroupStatsReport_BeginDate)
Enter the Date Range over which you wish to report in these fields. Expand the Drop-down list and select your Begin Date and End Date options

If you are running this program manually, it is always safe to use Actual Date for these fields and your date range will be whatever dates you select. For Example: You enter 05/01/20yy - 05/31/20yy in these fields. Your date range will be May, 20yy.

This field is applicable to Comment Code and System Code Questions only.
Expand the Drop-down list to select your Answer Code Option. This selection determines how System Code and/or Comment Code Questions will be displayed on the report output. For Example: Facility Maintenance Comment Codes used in the Activity/League Facility Reservations program.
- Code Only - The text used for the System Code or Comment Code itself.
- Code and Description - Both the text used for the System Code or Comment Code itself and the text in the Description field on the System Code or Comment Code.
- Description Only - The text in the Description field on the System Code or Comment Code.
Note: Comment Codes are maintained in Comment Code Management. System Codes are maintained in System Code Management.
Modules To Include (Blank = All) (QuestionGroupStatsReport_ModulesToInclude)
Click the Combo Box icon to select the specific Modules on which you wish to report, if desired. Multiple selection is allowed.

Leave this field blank to include answers in questions from all modules on your report.

Click the Module Criteria Tab to make further criteria selections for each module, if desired.
Use HH Last Name Range (SAHousehold_LastName_UseRange)
The functionality of this field differs depending on whether you are running a Report or a Process.

If running a Report - Select this option to include only those Households in the Begin and End Household Last Name range in your output.

Input the range of Households you wish to include. By default the Begin/End range is <Blank> to 'ZZZZZ' (i.e. all households).- If the report you are running also contains a Household/Family Member DataGrid then DO NOT make any selections the DataGrid when running reports AND using Last Name Range. The report will yield 0 results because the two fields work separately.
- If the report you are running contains a non-Household/Family Member DataGrid then you can make selections in the DataGrid. For Example: If running the Question Statistics Report you can make selections in the Question Text DataGrid AND filter the report by Household/Family Member Range if desired.

Activity Date Option (QuestionGroupStatsReport_ARDateSelection)
This option is applicable only if your Date Option on the Core Criteria Tab is set to "Module Specific Dates." If not set to "Module Specific Dates then this field is skipped.
Expand the Drop-down list to select your Activity Date Option.
- Enrollment Date - The report output will include Answers to Questions asked for Enrollments that took place during the Date Range. For Example: You are reporting on Activity Answers. Your Date Range is 01 May - 31 May 20yy. When you run the report, the output will include only those answers for Activity Questions that were recorded for Enrollments during the month of May, 20yy. So an Answer recorded on 15 May for an enrollment into an Activity that starts on 01 June would be included on your report, but an Answer recorded on 25 April for an Activity that starts on 02 May would NOT be included.
- Section Date - The report output will include Answers to Questions asked for Activity that meets at any time within the Date Range. For Example: You are reporting on Activity Answers. Your Date Range is 01 May - 31 May 20yy. When you run the report, the output will include only those answers for Activity Questions that were recorded for patrons who were in a class with at least one (1) meeting day in May 20yy. So an Answer recorded on 15 May for an Activity that starts on 01 June would NOT be included on your report, but an Answer recorded on 15 March for an Activity that starts on 10 May would be included.
Begin Activity Section (ARSection_Combokey_Begin)
This field is applicable only if you opt to Use Activity Section Range.
Select the beginning and ending activity section codes for their respective fields. Activity sections within the range entered will be included in the process.
DeleteEnd Activity Section (ARSection_Combokey_End)
This field is applicable only if you opt to Use Activity Section Range.

- Enrolled - The patron is actively enrolled.
- PCS - The patron is enrolled but will be leaving the program at a specified, known date in the future.
- Future - The patron is enrolled and has a known starting date, but that date has not been reached.
- Lottery - The patron has signed up for the program. Enrollment will be determined by a Lottery Spin that has not been run.
- Waitlist - The patron is enrolled but is on the Waitlist.
- Cancelled - The patron was enrolled but cancelled the enrollment.
Note: The Future and PCS (Permanent Change of Station) status options typically are used for the US Military Child Youth Management System (CYMS) daycare-type programs only.
Activity Visit Types to Include (QuestionGroupStatsReport_ARVType)
Click the Combo Box icon to select the Activity Visit Types you want to include on the report output. Multiple selection is allowed..

- Registered - The visit was recorded by a patron who is actively enrolled.

Your Date Range is 01 May - 31 May 20yy. When you run the report, the output will include only those answers for Facilities that were reserved/booked during the month of May, 20yy. So an Answer recorded on 01 May when a Facility was booked with an 01 June start date would be included on your report, but an Answer recorded on 30 April when a Facility was booked with an 01 June start date would NOT be included.
- Reservation Valid Date - The report output will include Answers to Questions asked for Facility reservations that are valid for any part of the Date Range entered. For Example: You are reporting on Facility Answers. Your Date Range is 01 May - 31 May 20yy. When you run the report, the output will include only those answers for Facilities that are in use/rented during any part of the month of May, 20yy. So an Answer recorded on 15 January for a Facility that will be in use on Memorial Day Weekend would be included on your report, but an Answer recorded on 15 January for a Facility rental that expires on 20 April would NOT be included.

- Cancelled - The patron had a valid facility reservation but cancelled it.
- Permit - In Review - The patron has a submitted a Permit for a reservation. The Permit is in review.

Reservation Type (QuestionGroupStatsReport_FRReservationType)

- Activity Hold - Internal Facility Reservations for Activities with 'Pending' status.

- League Hold - Internal Facility Reservations for Leagues that are pending.
- Maintenance - Internal reservations for scheduled maintenance. This includes Setup/Clean up times.

Court Reservation Status (QuestionGroupStatsReport_CRStatus)
Click the Combo Box icon to select the Court Reservation Statuses you want to include on the report output. Multiple selection is allowed.

- Cancelled - The patron had a valid court reservation but cancelled it.
- Reserved - The patron has a valid court reservation.
- Checked-In - The patron has checked in for his/her Court Reservation.

For Example: You are reporting on Pass Membership Answers. Your Date Range is 01 May - 31 May 20yy. When you run the report, the output will include only those answers for Pass Memberships that are valid during the month of May, 20yy. So an Answer recorded on 15 January for a Membership that is valid through June would be included on your report, but an Answer recorded on 15 January for a Membership that expires on 30 April would NOT be included.
- Membership Start Date - The report output will include Answers to Questions asked for Pass Memberships that begin during the Date Range entered. For Example: You are reporting on Pass Membership Answers. Your Date Range is 01 May - 31 May 20yy. When you run the report, the output will include only those answers for Pass Memberships with a begin date during the month of May, 20yy. So an Answer recorded on 15 April for a Membership that starts on 01 May would be included on your report, but an Answer recorded on 15 May for a Membership that begins on 01 June would NOT be included.
- Membership Expiration Date - The report output will include Answers to Questions asked for Pass Memberships that expire during the Date Range entered. For Example: You are reporting on Pass Membership Answers. Your Date Range is 01 May - 31 May 20yy. When you run the report, the output will include only those answers for Pass Memberships with an expiration date during the month of May, 20yy. So an Answer recorded on 15 April for a Membership that expires on 31 May would be included on your report, but an Answer recorded on 15 May for a Membership that expires on 30 June would NOT be included.
Begin Pass (PMPass_PassCode_Begin)
This field is applicable only if you opt to Use Pass Range.
Select the beginning and Ending pass codes for their respective fields. Pass codes within the range entered will be included in the process.

- Active - The patron's pass membership is active.
- Cancelled - The patron had a valid pass membership but cancelled it.
- Expired - The patron's pass membership is expired.
- Future - The patron has a pass membership with a known starting date, but that date has not been reached.
- Revoked - The patron's pass membership has been revoked.
- Suspended - The patron has a valid pass membership, but it is currently suspended.
Use Most Current Pass Only? (QuestionGroupStatsReport_PMUseMostCurrentOnly)
Expand the Drop-down list and select your Current Pass Only option.
- Yes - The report output will include Questions/Answers for only the most recent pass by number, by expiration date, by status. For Example: Pass 1701 has been renewed three (3) times, so there are four (4) SADetailRecords for this pass (1 Active" record and 3 "Expired" records). If your Member Status includes 'Active' and 'Expired' then the report output will include Questions and Answers for one (1) record only for Pass 1701: the most recent one which is likely 'Active' status.
- No - The report output will include Questions/Answers every instance of a pass by number by expiration date by status. For Example: Pass 1701 has been renewed three (3) times so there are four (4) SADetailRecords for this pass (1 "Active" record and 3 "Expired" records). If your Member Status includes 'Active' and 'Expired' then the report output will include Questions and Answers for all four records for Pass 1701.
Use Facility Location Range (FRLocation_FacilityLocation_UseRange)
Select this option if you want to run the process by Facility Location.

If your Reservation Status includes 'Rented' and 'Complete' then the report output will include Questions and Answers for one (1) record only for EJ Smith and Locker 401: the most recent one which is likely 'Rented' status.
- No - The report output will include Questions/Answers every instance of a locker by number by expiration date by status. For Example: E.J.
