Webserver Update Error - Unable to find the Version Specific Progress directory required to continue

Problem
When trying to install a Rectrac update we are getting an Error code coming up while updating the Web Server.
Error Message
Unable to find the version specific Progress directory required to continue. The correct Progress directory can be found on the Vermont Systems FTP Site in File Updates And Drivers\Rectrac\3.1\Progress\Progress.zip
Included in the zip file is the Progress 11.7.5 Patch.pdf.
Please follow the instructions in the pdf to install the correct Progress files.
Setup will now exit.
Solution
Follow the file path listed in the Error code by logging into the Vermont Systems SFTP site. Download the Progress Zip folder and extract it. Then, run the executable on the web server.
Note:
This does not require shutting down services.
Steps For Solution
- Login to the Support Portal and follow the instructions to access the Vermont Systems sFTP site.
- Download the Progress Zip Folder located at: Drivers\Rectrac\3.1\Progress\Progress.zip.
- Run the Progress.exe file on the WebServer.
Once finished, re-run the Rectrac Update, this time it should finish successfully without error.
