VIC will not connect after switching to Cloudflare and new SSL Certificates

Problem
After switching to Cloudflare for SSL Certificates VIC will not connect.
Error Message
In the VIC log we are seeing " Certificate Does not Match Site name Host or any Alt Subject Names:webtrac.sheppardfss.com Certificate Subject:CN=sheppardfss.com"
Solution
After we met with Cloudflare support, we discovered it was missing an Edge certificate that needed to be added (webtrac.sheppardfss.com). We needed to purchase their Advanced Certificate Manager to make custom edits to our certificates to tailor them to our needs.
Steps For Solution
- Contact Cloudflare Support and ask about their Advanced Certificate Manager.
