3.1 Ticket Block on WebTrac is not diplaying
Problem
In WebTrac, our ticket blocks are displaying blank even though the ticket has a valid ticket block linked to it in RecTrac 3.1.
Solution
Make sure your Ticket Block Descriptions don't include any special characters or punctuation marks. If they do, update the Description accordingly so that special characters and punctuation marks are not present.
In this instance, the ticket blocks had commas in the Description field, which is why ticket block was displaying blank in WebTrac.
