When trying to submit a case in the Vermont Systems Support Portal, I receive an error under "Open New Case."

Solution
Shorten the title of the support case.
Steps For Solution
- Reduce the number of characters in the case title.
- Try submitting the case again.
- Repeat the process of reducing title character numbers until successful (error-free) case submission.
