Emails from RecTrac are not received by Gmail accounts

Problem
Emails out of RecTrac (on-premise and Hosted) are being sent to internal and most external email accounts except for Gmail. The SAEmailQ shows the email has a status of Sent but no one receives it.
Solution
Google doesn't accept commas used in the Friendly Name. You will need to update your Email Profile to remove any instances.
Steps For Solution
- From the RecTrac main menu, go to Profile Management.
- Highlight the Email Profile(s) used by the staff member who will be sending the email messaging.
- Click Update.
- For the following 3 fields, if there is a comma in the name, remove it:
- Report "From" Friendly Email Address Label
- Receipt "From" Friendly Email Address Label
- Processing "From" Friendly Email Address Label
- Click Save.
After removing the comma, the emails should be received by Gmail account holders.
