Facility locations are another linking level and they represent the physical address for the facilities that you reserve or where programming takes place. Typically, you would have one location record for each unique address. To create a location, you can Type in location in your menu and select location management. Select Add, every record in RecTrac will require a code. This doesn't have to actually be a code and can just be the name of the location. Let's use fitness center as our example. That can also be what you input in the long description and name fields. Every location has your standard core settings for address and contact info. The address info can be shown on receipts if desired and will display in WebTrac. For items that are linked to this location, you have the option of displaying the locations on WebTrac, which is required if you're planning on having facilities or activities at this location available to the public. All we need to do is select save and we've completed location record setup. Repeat as necessary to enter all of the facility addresses in your database.
