user groups are a simple way of grouping your users together. This is typically by function. example might be manager versus front desk, supervisor, system admin. There are a number of different examples for that. And then typically, you're tying a lot of different settings within the database to these different groups. They can be permissions for, who can override and who can, it could be just general access within a database, right? Who can get to a certain Type of program or function and who can't. And typically, that breaks down to some set groups that you might already have in your current system that we just can pour it over and do the same structure. Or you might as you walk through the process, decide you want to define new groups and levels within RecTrac As you go through your implementation. This isn't something that's required day one, as we work through the first few sessions and even weeks, as you start to get a feel for what setup topics are involved. We'll want to Build out these user groups so we can start to assign settings and start building out some of the backend of RecTrac based on these groups.
