Clerks Unable to Zero Out Payments in RecTrac

Problem
How can we allow clerks to zero out payments in RecTrac while also requiring the fee on Webtrac? We want to enable staff - through RecTrac - to add a balance on a household account so the household can make a payment at a later date.
Solution
Change the fee's minimum payment option setting from all interfaces to "Percent - WebTrac only" and ensure that the minimum payment amount is set to '100.'
Steps For Solution
- From your RecTrac main menu, go to the Purchase Items Management screen. For Example: For a facility, go to Facility Management. For an activity, go to Activity Management.
- Select the relevant item code from the DataGrid.
- Click Change.
- Go to the Fees tab.
- From the DataGrid, select a fee that will not allow you to zero out the payment.
- Click Change > Advanced Fee Change.
- Expand the Miscellaneous Settings group.
- Find the minimum payment option.
- Select Percent -Webtrac Only.
- Set Minimum Payment Amount to '100.'
- Click Save to save the fee.
- Click Save to save the item.
