Unable to cancel Internal Reservation

Problem
I am trying to cancel internal reservations, but when in the purchase history, they are not showing up. How do I cancel these reservations?
Solution
You need to make sure the correct filters are selected for Internal.
Steps For Solution
- From the RecTrac main menu, go to Global Sales.
- Click Skip > Internal Household.
- Click the Purchase History tab.
- Click on the Status Filter and toggle on Internal.
Once the DataGrid refreshes, you should see the reservations and process the cancellations.
