Using Total Price Option

Problem
I want to set a specific price but still include tax within that price. How do I accomplish this in RecTrac?
Solution
To set a specific price, use the Total Price Option. This option allows you to set that price and will prompt the system to separate the revenue and tax. For example, if you want the customer to pay $7.00 flat with tax included, turn on the Total Price Option and the system will separate the tax automatically.
Steps For Solution
- Navigate to the Management DataGrid containing the item you want to use with the Total Price Option.
- Highlight the item in the DataGrid and click Change.
- Go to the Fees tab.
- Select the fee you wish to enable for this feature.
- Click Change > Advanced Fee Change.
- Under the Core Settings group, toggle on the Total Price Option.
- Click Save.
