How can we increase our Topaz Signature Pad timeout settings?

Problem
Staff are reporting pain points with the recently Installed Topaz Signature Pads. When they sell a waiver item a box is displayed that says “Please Sign," but after about 10 seconds it times out and gives the following error message.
Error Message
"Item was not added to the cart, the Topaz device either timed out or user cancelled the signature."
Solution
Increase the Waiver Timeout in the Daily Processing profile linked to the workstation with the Topaz Signature Pad.
Steps For Solution
- From the RecTrac main menu, go to Profile Assignments.
- Highlight the Daily Processing Profile active for this user/user group/ workstation.
- Click Update.
- Expand the Miscellaneous Information settings group.
- Increase the Waiver Time Out (Seconds) value.
- A value of 30 seconds or more is recommended.
- Click Save.
Return to Global Sales and attempt to sell a waiver item again and verify that the waiver prompt is displayed for the proper amount of time.
