3.1 In Process Buttons: Unclickable in Global Sales

Problem
The buttons for End Selected Session and Open Session remain unclickable after updating the Permissions profile to enable use of these buttons.
Solution
Close the screen and clear all cache in Processing Screen Management.
Steps For Solution
- Close all Global Sales screens.
- From the RecTrac menu, navigate to Processing Screen Management.
- At the bottom of the screen, click Clear All Cache. (Note: It is not necessary to toggle on Include WebTrac Cache.)
