Blank Global Sales Lookup Retrieves a Household

Problem
On the Global Sales lookup screen, when clicking search with nothing typed into the Lookup field, Global Sales opens for a specific household.
Solution
Check each family member of the household for a cross reference that is blank or contains a leading space.
Steps For Solution
- From the Global Sales for the Household that was returned after a blank lookup query, click Household Options > Update Household from the Family Member Selection area.
- For each family member, check their Xref for a Cross Reference number that is blank or contains a leading space.
- For the Primary Guardian and Secondary Guardian, click More > Edit Xref under the corresponding settings group.
- For all Additional Family Members, highlight a member from the DataGrid then click More > Edit Xref.
- Once located, highlight the Cross Reference from the DataGrid.
- Click Change.
- Delete the leading space or the blank Cross Reference record.
- Click Save to save the Cross Reference.
- Click Close.
- Click Save to save the household.
Attempt to enter a blank household lookup search again, the problem household should no longer be returned.
