Problem
How do I switch the default DataGrid in Household Management to display the Family Member DataGrid or Household DataGrid?
Solution
In Profile Assignments, go to the Household Profile active for the user, and change the "Default Lookup" setting under Default Household Settings.
Steps For Solution
- From your RecTrac main menu, navigate to Profile Assignments.
- Go to the Household Profile linked to either the user/user group/workstation/default levels
- Under the Default Household Settings group, find the Default Lookup field:
- Change setting to Household Last Name, Household Number, Address, or Team Name to display the Household DataGrid
- Change setting to Family Member, Phone, or Email to display Family Member DataGrid.
- Click Save.
- Return to Household Management to view your change.
