Not able to Update Users in User Management

Problem
We are experiencing an issue when updating User records from User Management. Once you are on the update screen for a user, you are unable to make any changes.
We noticed that the User ID will default to the ID of the currently logged-in user, but all the other fields are for the user that you are trying to update. Additionally, in each RecTrac field, there is a red icon with three white dots.
Solution
This is caused by a plug-in called LastPass. You will need to remove that plug-in from workstations or add the RecTrac site URL to LastPass's Never URL list.
Note:
The solution, in this case, deals with the LastPass password management plug-in specifically, however, similar browser plug-ins can also interfere with data entry in the browser-based RecTrac application.
Steps For Solution
- Either:
- Remove the plugin from the browser you use with RecTrac.
- Or:
- Visit LastPass Support for steps to manage Never URLs and add your RecTrac URL to the list.
Log back into RecTrac and attempt to update a record in User Management. You should now be able to do so without interference from the LastPass plug-in.
