10.3 and 3.1 Unable to scan Access Tickets in Mobile RecTrac
Problem
When scanning an access ticket through Mobile RecTrac, the software tries to look up a household name, so we are unable to scan the ticket. We can scan the ticket in RecTrac through the Access Ticket Check-In Program, but not Pass Visit Processing.
Solution
Try using the letter 'A' as the first character of the Access Ticket Barcode in Template Design Studio. 'A' lets the system know the barcode is for an Access Ticket and you should be able to scan it as such in Visit Processing, Access ticket Check-in, and in Mobile RecTrac.
The text in your Template should look something like this:
A<?SAAccessTicket_AccessCode?>-<?SAAccessTicket_PIN?>
