TouchScreen Display Error - "The system timed out while trying to load your Touch Screen configuration..."

Problem
After a recent Rectrac version update, We are unable to access the Touch POS interface. Instead of showing the regular touchscreen interface, an error code is displayed.
Error Message
"The system timed out while trying to load your Touch Screen configuration. Please wait a moment and try again. If this issue persists, please contact your system administrator to have your Touch Screen configuration republished through Touch Screen Management."
Solution
You will need to use the Publish Changes button located in the bottom right corner of Touch Screen Management.
Steps For Solution
- From the RecTrac main menu, go to Touch Screen Management.
- Click Publish Changes.
Wait for the notification that indicates the event has completed. Close and reopen Touch POS, you should be able to access the program without error.
