The Billing Detail Inquiry screen displays a listing of the selected household's purchases that have an associated installment billing plan. The screen lists information such as a Description of the item purchased and its RecTrac Module, the Bill Type, Begin and End Dates for installment billing, and the Next Bill Date and the Amount due. For Example: You might see the household has purchased your Annual Membership from the Pass Management Module, chose quarterly installment billing that begins on January 1st and ends on October 1st with a next bill due on April 1st for $25.00.

For additional information about an installment billing plan purchased highlight it within the DataGrid and then click the additional buttons available on the bottom of the screen.

Click History to proceed to the Billing History Inquiry screen for additional information about the selected installment billing plan including the individual billing dates and amounts and whether they've been charged or remain unbilled.
Click Back to return to the Household Inquiry screen.
To exit this program click 'X' on the title bar. You will be returned to the Main Menu or the previous program.
