10.3 and 3.1 Pass Printing Issues outside of Adobe
Problem
We are having issues printing passes. If we attempt to print the pass directly from RecTrac, the window simply closes. If we open it up in Adobe and then send it to the printer from there, it prints fine.
Solution
The workstation in question was recently upgraded to Adobe 11.
1 Logout of RecTrac.
2 Launch Adobe and go to Edit > Preferences.
3 On the Security (Enhanced) tab, turn off the option to Enable Protected Mode on Startup.
4 Save and exit Adobe.
5 Login to RecTrac.
