3.1 IPResolve Errors in Log File and No Workstations in Profile Assignments List
Problem
The CLIENTlive.server.log file shows these errors, and no local workstations show up in Profile Assignments.
(Procedure: 'Business/IpResolve.p' Line:47) The automation server for IPResolve.IPResolution is not registered properly.
(Procedure: 'Business/IpResolve.p' Line:47) Please reinstall this server or try registering it again. (5893)
Solution
1 Open up CMD in Windows.
2 Type nslookup and hit enter. You should get a valid IP of the client workstation.
3 Type nslookup and hit enter. If you get an error 'Can't find IP Non-existent domain,' then 'Reverse DNS' must be configured on the network.
